We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee as well as a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty that starts on the date of purchase.
If you are having issues with your headlamp not working we are happy to help! Please follow the steps below so we can troubleshoot your issues as efficiently as possible.

To return your product, you'll have to fill out our return request for authorization form. If it is approved we will send you an email of authorization. Click here to start the Return Form.
If your return is approved, please include in the return box your order number and reason for return so that the return can be properly applied to your account. Allow 3-5 days after delivery for processing.
*We do not process exchanges for different products but you can process a return, get a refund and reorder from there.*

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Because of our production process, we offer refunds only on returned product. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs. If your order included a free item this must be the first item returned before a refund will be issued.
