Customer service is spot on, no haggle and no hassle. I’m a lineman, and one night on storm, I attempted to turn on my light with my bulky rubber gloves and sleeves. Somehow I managed to pull the rubber button out of its socket, preventing me from turning the light on (these rubber buttons just push in). After I got back on the ground, I was able to remove the button from the red light and put it in the socket for the white light. Which allowed me to continue with storm work. I later contacted Lightbar and asked if there was any possibility of getting a replacement button as I had lost one, they sent me three, no questions asked. This is the kind of company that will continue to receive my business. These lights are a little pricey, but when a company takes care of customers like this, they’re worth every single penny.

Worked night shift on last job was on and couldn’t have been more happy with light and how bright it shined, every one on our crew even others from different company’s were all amazed with it, I let them all know where I got it from, also the customer service is awesome one of my buttons was lost while I was on shift, I sent an email and was sent a response quickly that some buttons were already been shipped and sorry for the inconvenience, got to say that was the best customer service that I have ever received, I will be telling all my co-workers about your product form here on out, Thanks
