I've had this headlamp for a couple years now. I've actually not used it a lot which is why I find it surprising how poor the quality is. For someone that will actually use the headlamp a bunch, I'd say move on because this thing won't hold up.
It's been somewhat finnicky in turning on/off and responding to button inputs. Today, the cover for the buttons fell off when I was trying to turn it on only to discover the product design is poor. This cover is only held on by hot glue gun. It doesn't snap or slide into place. It stays on with the same kind of glue gun you can get at your local craft store!
I then noticed that the center power cable (I presume this is the Termister) has completely detached from the control board. This headlamp has never been in water or used in high demand situations. Primarily I've used it around the house for random needs.
If I were to actively use this headlamp more often, in more places, throwing it in a bag, packing it regularly, camping, etc, I would expect it would have fallen apart much sooner. For the price, there are other much more reliable headlamp brands with better warranties.
Because I've owned this for more than a year, it's unfortunately no longer covered under warranty.
In addition, the headband is poorly designed. Because of the velcro and pattern of the headband, the material bunches up. This cannot be resolved by reattaching the velcro. As a result, these wrinkles of the bunched up material presses against my forehead, creating discomfort. I can loosen the strap to help with the headache, but then the headlamp slides around (thanks to the heavy battery).
In summary, the overall product design is mediocre, and the quality is poor. At this price, there are alternative brands with better warranties and presumably better quality.
We ate late, which means a dim room and a sharp knife. But I also have a sincere, personal affection for all of my fingertips. So I fired up my Lightbar, my new favorite cooking accessory.
It may have been designed for tent campers pounding stakes, it works equally well for cooks searing steaks.
The Lightbar keeps the cutting and cooking well lit, and its LEDs are lightweight enough that I forget it's on. Plus: It may be as close as I ever get to a halo.
After a tornado touched down Nesr our town I loaned out two of my light bar headlamps to guys running chainsaws to remove trees at 2am. They told me later, “we wouldn’t have been able to do that safely without the Light Bar Headlamp”.... Awesome product...
Cloud/Datacenter work is great with these!
Using traditional headlamps working in a dark datacenter, I had to point my head to where I needed to see.
My LightBar Headlamp allows me to light up an entire rack which allows me to look around normally(with my eyes) without needing to move my head to point the light to where I am looking.
I purchased three of these and gave them to my subcontractors this is my electrician working on a bathroom in the dark they work perfectly I used mine today under a couple of sinks while I changed out Fausets
We are very satisfied with the Lightbar product . We have both the Light Pro and Sport light. We use it for walking the dogs at night and working on projects around the house and car when a spot light would normally be required. It is well made and easy to use when on.

Quality Product that gets used for everything from running into the evening on country roads to being ready in my safety kits in my motorcycle contingency kit. It's light and east to find, puts out plenty of light and has never failed me. If you are on the fence, just go ahead and pull the trigger- you won't be sorry. Customer service is outstanding as well.
The product is excellent! I just don’t love that they seem to crap out after 1yr of occasional use. Thank you for sending me a replacement. We shall see how long it lasts!
My light bar is a great tool I use at night on my job in law enforcement. It stopped working a bout 2 weeks ago and I contacted lightbar and they set me up with a fix. Thank you fir great and fast service.
Bought as a gift for Christmas and it didn't work. Four mths and 4-6 emails and website contacts were NEVER answered and there is NO phone number. Today I received a replacement light after I had already bought one off Amazon thinking I'd never get my warranty replacement after 4 mths had passed.
Love the light, but customer service is worst I've ever seen.
The concept of these lights are amazing, but the wiring in two I got failed. It appears to be at the connection between the internal circuitry and the wire going out towards the battery.l (Light won't turn on with a full battalion and wiggling the wire turns the light on and off).
I love the wide light, but until this issue is addressed be gentil with the connection and don't store in a bag where the wire can be bent too much.
Upon arrival , I charged light, it worked for five minutes and now the light will never turn back on. It is definitely not the quality I thought it would be. On top of that the company never wrote me back in regards to the problem and my attempt to return the product, even after five emails. very disappointed.
great light. Bad charging set-up. I knew sooner or later I would lose the dedicated charging cable and I did. Why they don,t have charging port on the battery like every other battery power thing on the planet is beyond me.

Im an HVAC contractor. I got sports and pros. I'm very hard on them. In 120+ degree attics and under homes. They work great as long as u swap them out periodically. But imo they're the best headlamps out there. And I go through 8 to 10 of them a year. Mainly bc they short out bc I sweat alot.
I LOVE my Lightbar Headlamp. I bought two several years ago and keep giving them away to friends and family who see and admire them. So I had to replenish my stash because I haven't run out of friends who love it as much as I do. I can adjust how wide the light is and it's perfect for walking in the dark mornings or evenings.
This device is a godsend for walking my 2 big dogs. Since my hands are full, I now have an amazing amount of light to: 1) see where I’m going, & 2) feel safe while walking my neighborhood at night.
