I have three Sports and one Pro. I really like that the Lightbar can be on a waist or a forehead. The lights are also hundreds of lumens brighter than any of my other big brand name headlamps. I also like that the pro and sport batteries are interchangeable. The only benefit of the Pro is to have a red light and it doesn't have the option to reduce the LED to three lights like on the Sport. So, in my opinion, the Sport is the better value over the Pro. The only thing I'd like to improve is to add padding onto the forehead part of the headband. I'd probably need to wear a hat or a beanie when wearing the forehead band because I can feel the stiff light strip through the thin band and it is uncomfortable on my skin. Other than this, the Lightbar is excellent in the dark and is a brilliant idea that I wish I thought of years ago!
It makes it less likely to shine a light in someones eyes when you turn your head. I use it around my chest more than my waist. The downside is that it slips, and I lost a rubber button when I rubbed against something
We were out of town when the light arrived. I charged it and put it on the belt. It works perfectly and our daughter will love it. Thanks for this light!!

Exactly what I wanted for late night chores and walks
Well made and works great. We bought two as Christmas gifts for hikers. Ours brightens up a large area from front to side while we’re out with our dog so it looks like it would be a great fit for hiking.
