Lightbar AAA

Before troubleshooting, make sure you have the correct model. Check the headband label: it will say Lightbar, Lightbar Sport, or Lightbar Pro. You can also check the small box on the right side of the front light strip. Lightbar AAA will be solid black, Lightbar Sport will say Sport, and the Pro model will say Pro.

1. Insert AAA batteries before using the Lightbar AAA model.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the headband and gently pull it out from the elastic battery strap.
3. Press your thumb on the raised grip on the back side of the battery compartment.
4. Place 3 AAA batteries into the compartment, then slide the cover back on.
5. Adjust the headband by sliding the strap through the size adjuster clip.
6. To turn off your headlamp, press and hold either button for approximately 3 seconds.

• To turn on: press any button.
• To turn off: hold any button for 2–3 seconds.
• Top button: bright mode.
• Lower button: adjust brightness.

Is the Lightbar AAA weatherproof?

The Lightbar AAA is water resistant and can handle light splashes. We do not recommend using it in heavy rain.

What is the color temperature?

Natural White, 3500 K.

Is it adjustable? Does it fit kids?

Yes, the headband is adjustable for a wide range of sizes and should fit most kids or adults.

How do I clean the headlamp?

The headband can be separated from the battery pack and Lightbar strip and washed on a delicate setting. Air dry only. Do not put it in the dryer.

Is the AAA model hard-hat compatible?

The headband can be adjusted to fit most hard hats and, depending on the hard hat design, can be used with hard hat clips. For the best experience, use the available hard-hat compatible headband.

Does the AAA model include a charger?

No. The Lightbar AAA uses a standard AAA battery pack. Rechargeable battery packs are available separately and are compatible with the headlamp.

Can you use it for firefighting?

It is useful in many situations, but high-heat firefighting use is not recommended.
